Prepaid capacity

Profile packs are prepaid digital service capacity. Once capacity is activated or used, refunds may be limited.

Eligible cases

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed provisioning, or billing mistakes reported promptly with order details.

Non-refundable use

Used API requests, activated resources, custom manual work, abuse-related suspensions, and third-party fees may be non-refundable.

Review process

Submit a support ticket with the order number, payment amount, wallet or invoice details, and reason for review.

Timing

Approved refunds are processed through available payment channels and may take additional time depending on the processor.
